Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any payment towards a commission implies that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.


    • Definition of the Work:
      1. Working Title: Acrylic Charm Commissions
      2. Medium: Digital Art & Acrylic
      3. Description: Digital art printed on acrylic charm
      • Payments: Client agrees to pay an invoice for the work before being able to view and provide feedback on the artwork.
        • Project Milestones: Commission will be broken up into three (3) milestones as follows:
          1. Artwork sketch
          2. Complete artwork
          3. Ordering acrylic & shipping
          • Client Feedback: Client shall have the right to inspect the work in progress and provide feedback to the artist two times after milestone one and milestone two. The artist will use their best efforts to incorporate the feedback into the Commission.
              • Commission Finalization: After milestone two, the client shall have final review and approval of the artwork. Upon receipt of client's final approval, the acrylic badge will be ordered and shipped once received.
                  • Alterations after Finalization: Client understands that any alterations to finalized commission will require a new commission.
                    • Right of Refusal/Termination: Client may refuse delivery of work or terminate the Commission prior to transmission of final Commission. In such a case, the Artist will retain the refused work, all work performed up to that point, and all monies paid thus far, free of any claims or interests of the client. Should the client terminate the commission prior to any work being started, the client will receive a full refund.
                    • Copyright: The Artist declares that the piece of artwork created will  be an authentic, original and unique piece of art of their own creative efforts and executed by them. The artist retains all copyright. The client retains ownership of the artwork but may not reproduce it in any form, without the artist’s consent. The client is allowed to share on social media. Unless the client gives written permission to do so, The artist will not reproduce the commissioned artwork & its usage will only be used for marketing purposes on The artists website, social media pages and print if applicable. If the client is unhappy about the artwork being displayed, they must declare this upon placing the commission.
